For many people, Bulgaria has often been viewed as simply a cheap and cheerful destination, and is often overlooked when considering European ski options. There is much more to the area than meets the eye. We don’t want you to miss out, so if you’re unaware of the potential that Bulgariahas to offer for your ski holiday, read on.
Over the next few weeks, we will be offering a series of blogs, highlighting some of the reasons why –We love Bulgaria!
In the first of this series, we will look at the value to be found in resort and a selection of recommended hotels that offer incredible value, whatever your budget. We will also introduce you to some of Bulgaria’s luxury hotels.
How far will your money go in resort?
Your money in resort will go so much further if you take your holiday in any of the three resorts we feature in Bulgaria. You can find numerous cheap places to eat and drink, you can even buy a beer in one hotel in Borovets for just under 1 -cheers.
Another example of the value that can be gained by taking your holiday in Bulgaria is for Spa and beauty treatments. For example, a Hot stones massage, that lasts 70 minutes can be booked for approx 27 at the Hotel Samokov’s Spa & Sport centre in Borovets. In comparison, typical Austrian resort prices* (or London/UK prices) can be around 80 for the same treatment. So Bulgaria offers the same treatment, for virtually a third of the price.
